Hello! How was your Friday? Ours went well, well .. well. You know when you have those days, you’re having one of those days. We had a few jumbles in our set. Forgot whole chunks of lyrics — went down the wrong chord paths. It was a train wreck — from our perspective. You see, artists are super self critical so a brief mistake to the audience is a horrendous act of carnage to us. Honestly, though, kudos to us for persevering. Amber just said, “I forgot those lyrics.” And then she started singing when she remembered. Soldier on!

What else? Well, a small group came in and they had a mandolin. Not something you see frequently. But they were folksy style an it was cool to listen to. There were some regulars there, too, with familiar tunes that we could all bop our heads to. It was fun all around and no one made fun of us for messing up our tunes.
